Service & sales of EWPs & lifting equipment
Get reliable, affordable access solutions from elevated work platform (EWP’s) and lifting equipment specialists. From sales to servicing, delivering effective, workable access solutions is our absolute passion. If you have an access problem, our team has the knowledge and equipment to get it solved, no matter how tricky the space.

SCISSOR LIFTS
Scissor lifts
For straightforward vertical height access, a scissor lift is your ideal access solution. The main attraction of this EWP is its stability, relative freedom of movement and the ease of upward and downward motion. Our most popular scissor lift for sale is the Dingli S06-E electric scissor lift but we can talk you through the range of quality new and refurbished scissor lifts on our books.

BOOM LIFTS
Boom lifts
Cherry picker has become the unofficial moniker for EWPs that feature platforms or buckets at the end of hydraulic lift systems. Also known as a knuckle-boom or telescopic boom, these lifts are popular for operations such as window or high-wall cleaning. This access equipment is also perfect in situations where heavier plant would be impractical, for instance in courtyards or enclosed areas.

PERSONNEL LIFTS
Personnel lifts
For smaller jobs – usually internal maintenance/warehouse operations – the personnel lift is a suitable access solution. Personnel lifts are a variety of boom or hydraulic lifts which extend only vertically. Although limited in terms of extension and maximum load, personnel boom lifts do have a place in the EWP world. A personnel lift is ideal for use in hotels, where routine tasks such as changing light bulbs are undertaken regularly. We're happy to talk you through the options, if you think this kind of lifting equipment would suit your purposes.
Reliable access solutions for good health & safety practices in your workplace.
The Health & Safety Reform Bill has passed and the new law came into effect in April, 2016. The Act represents a major change to New Zealand’s health and safety system. The Bill is aimed at reducing New Zealand’s workplace injury and death toll by 25% by 2020. Case law has already demonstrated penalties for the failure of companies to take all practicable steps to ensure the safety of employees while at work. Purchasing and maintaining task-appropriate access equipment plays a significant role in keeping up with the new standards and, most importantly, ensuring staff are safe on the job.
LiftX can help you make sure you have the right access solutions on hand. Our certified agents will ensure your access equipment is fully checked at the required 6-monthly intervals, or rebuilt at 10 years as per the National Safety Standards.
